Frequency of Meeting:
As per the guidelines of the statutory body, the committee conducts meeting twice in a year.

As per The Scheduled Castes and Tribes – Prevention of atrocities Act committee is established under Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tributes (prevention of Atrocities) Act. 1989, No.33 of 1989, Dated 11.09.1989) committee is constituted for Jayawant Institute of Management Studies. Committee for SC/ST is constituted for three years including Academic year 2021-22. To comply with AICTE regulations for the establishment of the Committee for SC/ST (as per the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (prevention of Atrocities) act, 1989, No.33 of 1989, 11/09/1989) the committee is as follows-
