The newly admitted students are informed about the activities of the Institute during the three days induction program. The students are encouraged to seek guidance on academic, general or psychological issues, if necessary. Also, semester wise report of each student is forwarded to the guardian faculty member (GFM) who prepares a list of students whose performance is observed to be below average or poor. The advising process of the Institute is framed in such a way that each student selects a set of courses during each semester that helps the student in meeting the academic as well as Industrial requirements. The advising process also helps to identify and solve problems that the student may face while achieving his educational objectives.
The institution promotes the goal of increasing participation by creating an environment in which all participants have the opportunity to learn. The institute also offers a number of extracurricular activities that our students are encouraged to participate in. This ensures that students get an all-round education and are not confined to academic achievements alone.

Our Institute has a dedicated Training and Placement cell which not only advises the students on career options, personality development, and communication skill and project guidance but provides them other services such as resume writing / screening, mock Interviews & specialized career / employment preparation workshops. Several students have already been placed in multinational companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Synechron, Hexaware and many more.
